Canning Classes 

  • Apricot Jam or Berry Jam   August 3 9:30-12:30  $85 

    I will provide apricots or berries 1 pint jar & supplies.                We will learn how to water bath can & prepare the jam together from start to finish. Taking home your own delicious fruity jam! This will be a low sugar -cane sugar recipe. 

    Want to bring home more? Just bring more fruit & jars we can help each other make more, and you will bring home the jam from the fruit you brought, as time allows. 

    This class is in an outdoor environment with everything we need to make some outstanding fresh tasting  jams! The kind of berries are determined by what's available at the time for class. Let me know if you'd prefer berries or apricots. I will look for no-spray & organic, as the price & availability allows. You are welcome to bring your own for $10 off the class price. Please let me know. Fresh fruit by nature won't last long and must be purchased right before class. Class might run over the 3 hour time-frame. We will work until we are finished! 

  • Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Filling or Jam August 10 9:30-12:30 $85  

      If you don't like strawberry rhubarb but want to make this class let me know. I will look for other fruit in season that will fit with the class. 

    I will look for no spray or organic fruit, as available. You may bring your own organic fruit for $10. Please let me know you would like to bring your own.
